Posted February 03, 2019 07:11:33As the season of Disney-Pixar films continues to get underway, we’re starting to see a few movies that have been delayed.
The studio’s “Monster Inc.” and “The Good Dinosaur” are both slated to arrive in theaters on March 17, but they’re being delayed by the same issues that plagued “The Jungle Book” and “Coco.”
The film, which follows a group of animals in search of a mythical forest, has been delayed by production problems that have left a large portion of the cast out.
It is slated to hit theaters on December 11, 2019.
The “Monsters” film has also been pushed back by the studio, with production on its sequel, “Monster, Inc.,” expected to begin in April.
The film, based on a book by Robert A. Heinlein, will follow a group who discover a mysterious world that appears to be populated by monsters.
Production has been pushed off for months, and a number of cast members have reportedly been working on the sequel since May.
The studio has also delayed the release of “The Great Dinosaur Story,” which has a much larger cast.
The movie is slated for a March 18 release date.
The plot of “Great Dinosaur Story” is more closely related to “The Monsters” story, and it will follow the characters’ search for the legendary beast.
The Disney-Lucasfilm production company is also looking to put the finishing touches on its “Jurassic World” sequel.
The production is slated this fall and will be released in 2019.
The sequel will follow “Jurt’s Journey” on the titular dinosaurs’ quest for freedom in a new setting.
