A new poll has found that Apple Watch users are much more likely to use it for shopping than iPhone 6 users, while the iPhone is more favoured by people who are buying something else. 

The results are based on the results of a survey of 8,000 British adults, the survey, which was carried out by YouGov, has found.

The survey asked people if they had bought a new or used a new gadget in the last six months and which one they preferred.

The results of the survey showed that Apple Watches have been more popular amongst those buying a new device, with 51% of respondents saying they had used one.

Apple Watch had the highest share of respondents, with 41%.

People also expressed more interest in buying something other than a new Apple Watch, with 43% of those surveyed saying they bought a phone or tablet instead of an Apple Watch. 

It also found that the iPhone had the second-highest share of the smartphone market, with 40% of iPhone users buying an iPhone 6 instead of a new iPhone.

“When it comes to the Apple Watched, we found that iPhone users are more likely than Apple Watch owners to buy an iPhone. 

Our findings suggest that iPhone owners are more interested in buying Apple Watchels than Apple Watchers, with this trend likely to continue over the coming months,” YouGov’s Dr Sarah Lewis told Business Insider. 

“The iPhone 6 is a much more appealing option to iPhone 6 owners, who are more willing to spend a bit more on their new device.”

The survey also found iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus owners are less likely to buy a new phone than those who own a previous iPhone.

The iPhone is a more attractive option to Apple Watch buyers, with 42% of Apple Watch purchasers preferring to buy it over a new Samsung Galaxy S7 or Samsung Galaxy Note 7.

The Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge were the most popular Android devices, with 22% of Android users opting to buy one over a newer iPhone.

Google has been increasingly focusing on the iPhone, with the company recently releasing an Android Wear watch that has been designed to help people keep up with their notifications.

Google’s wearable device, which is still only available in the US, has been criticised for lacking the same feature set as its wearable device counterparts.
